Room in a Shared House, Christchurch Road, RG2

Hello! I am subletting my room in Reading due to new plans of moving in together with my partner in a flat.

This is a furnished room with private bathroom and working room located on the 2nd floor in a 8 bedroom shared house––the only one in this house that comes with an individual working space which is perfect for professionals who work from home. The bedroom entails all the essential furniture you would need and a double bed. The bathroom and working space are connected to each other on the same floor with the bedroom which only you would have the keys for it. All bills are included plus free wifi access. Kitchen, laundry/drying machines and common space are shared with other flatmates who are working professionals. The maintenance people come once every week to clean the house (hallways, stairs and common area). There are many shops, grocery stores and restaurants nearby as well as bus stops. It's 20min walk away from the city center.


This entire property is managed by an agency and the tenants will be put in contact with them once they confirmed they intend to rent the room. Tenant should fulfill the below criteria as listed by the agency: 

-  On a full-time contract.

- Previous landlord reference can be obtained. 

- In date ID.

- Last three months of bank statements or payslips can be provided.

- Sign for a minimum tenancy term of 6 months.

If you're a student, you must be a Masters student and have a UK based guarantor who is employed full time and earning over 30x the rent annually.
