We have 2 rooms available in this large, 3 storey, semi-detached house, just opposite Prospect Park, bus stop into Reading on the corner, and and an easy, 20 minute walk into the town centre.  This is a large shared house with 8 rooms, 3 bathrooms, recently refurbished kitchens/living area and well maintained property.  We have a private landlord with over 25 years experience and this is one of best houses.  The house has a large, well-maintained garden and we provide a weekly cleaner for the communal areas and a gardener.  The house is designed for working professionals who are seeking the sociability of a shared house with easy access to Reading.  Because this is a shared house, no families are suitable, nor any furry pets (allergies) - please ask about any other pets.
