A separate kitchen complete with fridge / freezer, sink, hob, shelving and storage cupboards.
Complete with a large window with attractive views across the local area.
The house is warm, double glazed and of a modern high standard. Situated in a quite cul-de-sac.

The house is situated very close to Reigate town centre, the railway station is a 12 minute walk away. Shops and all high street and countless shops and amenities, a few minutes drive away or a 15 minute walk. Ample parking in Reigate.

We are surrounded by Wray common with its beautiful surroundings.
The accommodation is suitable for a single person only. We are ideally looking for a single lady/ student.
Ideally located for Reigate college only minutes away.
Parking is available for one car on the private drive.
A private garden is also available for sitting or sun bathing. Should the weather co-operate.

The apartment comes with all bills and wi-fi included. Centrally heated throughout with a very warm washing drying room, complete with washing machine and drying areas.

No television is provided. 
Ideally we are not looking to accommodate pets, but we are flexible on this topic. Please advise.
