The studio has it’s own entrance through a small, secluded back garden so you can come and go freely without using the entrance to the main house or interacting with the owner. You will have partial use of the garden but will need to share this with the owner and his dog.

No smoking in or on the property.
It's a single room, so no overnight visitors. No pets.
