This is in a quiet flat in Mawney Road Romford close to local amenities & about 15 minute walk to Romford Elizabeth Line Underground & town centre. Bus stop is opposite too with regular buses.
The ideal candidate would need to provide 1 month rent in advance plus a security deposit in advance. Photo ID, proof of employment and references are essential. We can have a written agreement. Off road private gated parking may be available and WI-FI.
The shared kitchen is downstairs in the first floor flat. New carpets/high end fridge freezer and air fryer are provided. New British Gas boiler just fitted. Cleanliness is also a must.
Bills to be discussed & agreed & extra or £1500 inclusive for everything including council tax.
If occasional user of room there may be flexibility.
