We are looking to let a double room in our spacious and clean three bedroom house in Romford. We would prefer a student or a professional (female). It will be available from 1st October 2024. However, could be done earlier if needed.

Romford has great connectivity to Central London. The house is at a walking distance from Romford station and Queen's Hospital. Bus stops are about 3-5 minutes walk. The area also offers lot of restaurants, huge shopping centres and grocery stores nearby. There are beautiful parks at a walking distance as well.

The house is fully furnished and has a big lounge, kitchen and a family bathroom. It is spacious and offers a private drive, a massive rear garden and lot of storage options. The property is on a cul de sac so it's very peaceful and safe around here.

Rent is £750per month inclusive of all bills (including broadband and council tax).
