A Single Room for single person in a big house. A very big bathroom, which will be shared by two other tenants. The room size is 75 sq feet. The room has a bed and some storage cabinets. There is large open plan kitchen with  granite worktop, and inbuilt fridge, dishwasher, ovens, hot plate and microwave- all Neff appliances and big utility room. Big patio and garden. Parking available at extra cost of £50 pm. 2 minutes walk to Gidea Park station, Elizabeth line with direct train to Stratford (in 23 mins), to Liverpool Street (in 32 min), to Paddington(in 43 min). All utility bills (water, gas, electricity, broadband-Fair usage)  and council tax included. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Partying is not permitted in the house. We would prefer a professional working tenant, who is not a party animal. All tenants in the house are males, so we would prefer some male professional tenant.
