Strictly no smoking and no pets. The property is offered in excellent order and before every tenants we proceed with deep cleaning and general disinfection, including towels, sheets and kitchen utensils. A monthly cleaning is included in the price. There is a paved courtyard for outdoor use. There is also an off road car park for two cars and the property is completely independent. It is furnished with good quality furniture in line with the character of the property.
All expenses are included to facilitate living. There is a powerful log burner to keep the family warm in winter. Wood is provided for free upon request.

The location is very quiet, yet only one minute drive from main motorways and roads that links to main cities such as Chester, Manchester, Liverpool and Birmingham. It is 10 minutes drive from either Chester or Wrexham industrial estates and cities. Access to North Wales and North West England is very easy for work or leisure. The main areas of outstanding natural beauty are within easy reach. The area itself is residential and very attractive. Restaurants, bars, pubs and a supermarket are at a walking distance. Chester is 5 minutes drive and offers a range of cultural sites, history, shops and restaurants, including Michelin star rated. It is ideal for professionals who has to work away. The area is also very quiet and peaceful.
