Sole Occupancy of the whole house most of the time
The tenant will have sole occupancy in the house most of the time. The landlord does need to be in South Yorkshire for business reasons from time to time, unlikely to be more than 50 days per year. Being in occupation rather than the rent is the big requirement.
The tenant will be responsible for looking after the house (cleaning and garden but not maintenance).
Currently the house needs a bit of TLC but in terms of the property is sound. The problem is that the landlord only makes occasional short visits.
Sorry but we don't actually have any photos at present but there is a front view on Google Streetview. It is a 1950s two bedroom house with driveway, carport, garage and gardens to front and rear. Double glazed with GCH and no known substancial defects.
Lower age limit of 40, although might stretch to upper 30's or somebody that can absolutely convince that they are hightly responsible. Any gender, ethnicity or colour would be genuinely acceptable.
Pets will be considered on a case by case basis after the landlord has seen what is being proposed.
