We are a friendly household of 7 seeking an 8th member to join our sociable and vibrant home. Due to a friend relocating for work, we are looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm for communal living and enjoys spending time together.

About Us

• We are a close-knit group of working adults aged between 24-33, and we cherish the friendships we've built within the house.
• Our ideal housemate is someone who values a lively atmosphere and is keen to participate in group activities, whether it's sharing meals in the kitchen, relaxing in the lounge, or exploring the local area. Otherwise we are of course looking for someone who is tidy, cleans up after themselves and respects the communal space in the house.
• Although we all have our own friendship groups and lives outside the house we spend a lot of time together, wether it's having dinner in the kitchen or watching TV. The house wouldn't suit someone who keeps themselves to themselves or wants a really quiet atmosphere all of the time!

The House

• High-speed wifi, two washing machines with tumble dryers, and a weekly cleaner for all communal areas

The Room

• The room is huge decorated to a high standard with an amazing ornamental (non working) fireplace and LVT Flooring
• Great double bed and mattress, wardrobe, chest of draws, desk and bedside cabinets
  
• Ceiling fan and usb sockets by the bed

Location

• Conveniently located just a 90-second walk from Rotherhithe Station (London Overground) and a 5-minute walk to Canada Water (Jubilee line and bus station).
• Easy access to Central, Shoreditch, and Peckham, as well as proximity to parks, pubs, a large Tesco, Maltby Street Market, and the Bermondsey Beer Mile.

Details

• Rent includes all bills, we are unable to accommodate couples, and idealy looking for another professional to join our household.
