Room in a Shared House, Park Street, SP1

Looking for a lodger, we are a couple and are live-in owners. We think we are chill and happy to accommodate your preferences.

Here are the things you should know before moving in:

1) We would ideally like someone ecologically minded (aims to reduce waste, energy use etc.)
2) Bills are included, bearing in mind our low usage (see * below for what that looks like)
3) No smokers/vapers please

Further detail:
Your room is on the third floor, facing the back of the house (so you can't see it in street view). Room is 3.75m x 2.75m. It is furnished with a double bed, and there is a choice of storage furniture, and a little smart TV. Our old lodger had a small desk in there but we don't have it I'm afraid.
Other rooms: Kitchen, Bathroom with bath and shower, dinning room, living room, spare room/office, yard.
Obviously you are welcome to use the other rooms when you like. We are pretty chatty and also happy to be alone, together.
We both work from home at the moment, but we aren't always always around.
We like our food and cook a lot (not amazingly well, tbf). If you'd like to meal share, fabulous! We can discuss how to make it work for you when you move in.


* bills included. We do mean it, however it is enabled by our time-of-use electricity tariff. Prices change every 30 mins, which means our electricity is fairly cheap, except between 4-7pm, when it is eye-watering. Therefore, we don't use the oven, air-fryer, space-heaters, dish-washer or washing-machine during those times. Electricity is really cheap at night, so we wash clothes and dishes then using delay timers. If you're happy with that, bills are included.
