THE PROPERTY
This property is a fantastic, central and well-managed shared house on Hoxton Road, just one minute from the popular Victoria Road with its wide range of shops and plentiful public transport links. It is 10 minutes' walk from the train station and 30 minutes' walk to the hospital, (15 minutes by bus). There is a mini Tesco supermarket just three minutes' walk away and a large ALDI supermarket about five minutes' walk away.
When the property was last refurbished, special attention was taken to ensure that the house was as well insulated as possible and as many of the rooms were en-suite as possible.
The entrance hallway leads to the lounge with TV & comfy seating. Off the lounge is a bright kitchen and back yard. In the kitchen is plenty of cupboard space and fridge / freezer space, and behind the kitchen is a drying room and a communal toilet.
There is fast WiFi provided for free throughout the house and TV points in many of the rooms. There are six bedrooms in total and three are en-suite, so the communal shower room is only shared by three people.
Reporting issues in the house to us is very easy on our website or, and we are always very quick to fix issues.
THE HOUSEMATES
The other tenants are all professional working or retired, and are aged between about 25 and 60. It is a very friendly but quiet and respectful house. On the whole it is fairly quiet despite the number of rooms, there are no parties and everyone respects each other's privacy.
Sorry but we don't accept under-25s or couples in this property at this time.
Please note: electricity is provided free of charge in the communal areas but a small contribution to the electricity bills is requested in the form of a coin meter for electricity in the bedrooms. This is very cheap under normal use (evenings and weekends) and a pound is likely to last you more than a week.

Room 5 - This large double en-suite room comes with a double bed, mattress & mattress protector, drawers, bed-side table, desk, chair and wardrobe. There is a lock on the door for your privacy.
Room 6 - This large double en-suite room is the biggest in the house. It’s big enough to have a front room type setup with sofas if you wish. There is also the additional benefit of it being an en-suite. Although the room has a slopping roof it doesn’t really cause any issues due to the room being so large. It comes with a double bed, mattress & mattress protector, drawers, bed-side table, two desks with chairs and wardrobe. There is a lock on the door for your privacy.
