THE PROPERTY
This property is a fantastic, very large mid-terrace house on Trafalgar Square. The house is a beautiful classical Victorian townhouse with original features. The ceilings are very high and the large windows let in a lot of light, not to mention beautiful views onto the green at the front of the house and the garden at the rear.
The entrance hallway leads to the spacious lounge with large flat screen TV, then a large dining room with table & chairs, separate utility room with washer and tumble dryer and a large kitchen with plenty of fridge / freezer and cupboard space.
There is WiFi throughout. There are 6 bedrooms in total in the property and four are en-suite. The remaining two rooms on the top floor share a large bathroom.
Reporting issues in the house to us is very easy on our website or group, and we are always very quick to fix issues.

THE HOUSEMATES
The other tenants are all professional working or retired, and are aged between about 25 and 50. It is a very friendly but quiet and respectful house. There is a fair amount of socialising, but on the whole it is fairly quiet despite the number of rooms, there are no loud parties and everyone respects each other's privacy.
Sorry but we don't accept under-25s, couples or student tenants in this property at this time.

AVAILABLE ROOMS
Room 3 -  13.5 square metres. A beautiful en-suite room at the back of the house on the second floor, equipped with a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, armchair, bedside table, cupboard and mirror. The shower room has a shower, toilet sink and mirror, with a sliding door. The window is double glazed.
Room 5 - 13.1 square metres floor space but there is a sloping ceiling so the standing space over 1.5m is still a decent 10.5 square metres. The room is on the second floor at the back of the house and is very cosy and warm. It has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside table. There is a double-glazed dormer window. The room is not en-suite but the large bathroom by the room is shared with only one other tenant.
