THE PROPERTY
This beautiful & newly renovated property is perfect if you want a modern, private, furnished room of your own, but all the benefits of shared living, (lower price, no bills to pay, lots of added extras and friendships with other like-minded people). The house consists of a comfortable lounge with TV, sofas and breakfast table and kitchen with washer/dryer. Some rooms have their own en suite, but there is also a communal bathroom. There is an outside yard area for relaxing in the sun! There's full gas central heating throughout along with full double glazing, which makes the house very warm. On-street parking. The house is located just outside Scarborough's town centre, just a few minutes' walk to town or to the beach.
Reporting issues in the house to us is very easy on our website or WhatsApp group, and we are always very quick to fix issues.

THE HOUSEMATES
There are five rooms in total so you would be sharing with four other people. The other tenants are all very friendly and sociable. They are a mixture of ages and all work, mostly locally, in professional settings. There is a fair amount of socialising in the house, but on the whole it is fairly quiet, and everyone respects each other's privacy. There is also a mixture of male and female housemates. You can ask to speak to the existing tenants if you would like to quiz them about what it is like living there.

AVAILABLE ROOMS
"The Snug" - This is a bright and well-appointed first-floor room. It is fully furnished with a bed/mattress/mattress protector, wardrobe area, chest of drawers, bedside table and sink. It is for single occupancy only. The en-suite shower room has large windows for natural light, with white blinds. There is a single bed in there at the moment but the landlord is happy to swap this for a double on request.

TWH Homes is the lettings agency instructed to find a tenant for this property. The owner of the property is Inuit Property Limited, which is the property owner's company. The owner is a private landlord, no agency, so you will be left to enjoy your home in peace, but will be able to contact the owner at any time on the WhatsApp group or directly, via mobile or e-mail.
