We are seeking 3 full time university students to join a group of 5 full time University of Liverpool students (all male).

Rutland Avenue is in the leafy area of Sefton park and has fantastic bus routes in to the city centre. It also benefits from great local shopping, cafes, bars, restaurants etc

The house has recently undergone a full makeover to include new kitchen, 3 bathrooms and all rooms and communal areas have also been refurbished and furnished.

Rooms are available for immediate viewing and occupancy.

Rents £130 per week 
Deposit equal to one months rent
