The Marples is a housing co-operative located in a historic building at the heart of Sheffield city centre. There is no landlord and flats run themselves -- meaning we can change anything about our rooms and kitchens - From a simple change in decor to refurnishing your room as you like!

We are looking for members who are willing to pitch in with the running of the place, e. g. viewings and basic maintenance. The benefits are that there is long-term rent security (some of our members have been here for 3+ years, and theoretically could be here for 20 more). All rooms have private bathrooms.

Rent is set in advance and goes up by inflation, so no need to worry about any rent hikes. 

The crux is: If you want to change anything, change it!
