Currently there are 2 lovely housemates, male and female, in their twenties. Both working professionals who met when they moved in at individual times. It's a great sociable houseshare who get on well with the kitchen diner to relax in. 
This is not a raging party house - if a party house is what you're looking for then this is not the right place for you. If you're a friendly, sociable person who enjoys chatting to your housemates, enjoys a brew/glass of wine, keeps things clean and tidy and you are easy to get along with then you've just found the right place to live.

You can meet the housemates at your viewing (if they're in, that is) and with your permission we can pass on your contact details so you can get to know each other. Everyone is over 20 so no freshers wanting all-night parties (as lovely as they are, they're not right for this space).
Everyone is expected to be clean and tidy in the communal areas and be respectful of each other. Not a lot to ask, is it?
Whether you want to socialise or not is up to you - your room is a great space for you to relax, and the communal area is somewhere to enjoy the TV and kitchen.
Tenancies are minimum 6 months which then go onto monthly rolling contracts to give you the most flexibility. 😃 We do in person viewings or live video call viewings via Zoom if you're not in Sheffield.
