Owner(s) uses the bathroom, kitchen and do laundry on average up to 3 hours a day but do not sleep there, only occasional sleep over.

Central location. Very good transport link (tram and bus line). Close by amenities include Tesco, Aldi, Iceland and Home bargain, post office, GP, library and dentist all within walking distance. 20 mins walk to the north of sheffield city centre and 10 mins walk to Kelham Island.
