This spacious double-bed room provides ample storage space and is well-lit by two large south-facing windows letting in plenty of natural light. It comes equipped with: a desk, a desk chair, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a chest of drawers, and a mirror. There is also an in-built cubbyhole for even further storage.

The shared bathroom is on the same floor, including a bath-shower, heated towel rail and a storage cupboard.

On the ground floor, there is a communal kitchen and separate lounge area boasting two sofas, a dining table, and a TV. Adjoining the kitchen, there is access to a private garden area and washing line.

The property has plenty of on-street parking (free) for a car.

Current housemates (3 males, students) are extremely friendly and welcoming. They uphold a good level of general cleanliness/awareness for other peoples' space and levels of hygiene. The household is not party-heavy (at least not with regards to hosting) and is generally very quiet in the day and night.

The desire to rent my room was purely down to a last minute decision to defer this year of study, if anything I am gutted to be leaving my friends here at 125!
