I have a lovely 2 bedroomed cottage located 3 minutes walk from the small town centre (that's more like a large village) – A semi-detached town cottage. The price is £250 per week + bills.

The price EXCLUDES bills : Insurance, Fibre, TV license, water and council tax are all extra and passed on at cost. These total around £70 per week. Gas and Electric is also additional extra. April and May are usually around £60 per months but really do vary according to weather conditions.  

I don't mind well behaved friendly QUIET small pet dog but there is a road outside my front door and only a small courtyard. 

Please note this is my home whilst I'm in the UK. I am renting it out for the time I am not in the country. There are 'my things' around but they will be stored away. It has everything that you will need including bed linen and towels.

I am not charging a premium for this short term let. It won't suit everyone but is ideal for those that are in between house moves and want to be located in the South Midlands. The nearest train station is a 15 min drive to Moreton n Marsh and has a direct hourly service to London Paddington. It's 29 miles north of Oxford and about 40 miles south of Birmingham (luckily). I'm not trying to make money from renting my house, I'm simply breaking even in renting elsewhere. 

You will need to provide references and a standard tenant check. Security deposit of £1000 including energy and rent in two equal instalments. There are NO hidden fees to pay.
