We have a very large room in a large detached house in a lovely village location 1.5 miles outside of Shipston-on-Stour. It is a double room with a living area, double gas lift storage bed, sofa, large storage cupboard/wardrobe, fire place and a new carpet. There is a shared kitchen and utility room,  shared living room and a large bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle. There are currently four adults in the house and two bathrooms, so your bathroom will be shared with a maximum of two other adults at present, and only one other adult in the longer term. There is a large garden and ample off-road parking. Bills included are water, electric, council tax, TV licence and high-speed broadband. £650 per calendar month.
