Double room in shared house

We have a good sized furnished double room for rent in a large detached house in a lovely village location 1.5 miles outside of Shipston-on-Stour. The room has a double bed, large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a TV. There is a shared kitchen and a large bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle. There are currently four adults in the house and two bathrooms, so your bathroom will be shared with a maximum of two other adults at present, and only one other adult in the near future (our adult children are moving out soon). There is a large garden and ample off-road parking. Bills included are water, electric, council tax, TV licence and high-speed broadband. We have three cats, so no other pets can be accommodated.
