The living area is furnished with a comfy sofa and sofa bed, creating a space where you can relax and unwind after a long day of travel or work. Boasting a 50-inch Smart TV, you can connect your personal entertainment devices or games console and stream popular services such as Netflix, Disney +, and Prime using your login details. The dining table can seat up to 4 guests. We know space is key for larger groups, that's why we have provided an additional fridge freezer for you! There is also a downstairs WC.

★Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to show off your culinary skills. It features modern appliances such as a coffee machine, washer dryer, and dishwasher, as well as all the amenities you need to prepare your meals during your stay. Complimentary teas, coffees, coffee pods, and biscuits welcome you on your arrival to help start your morning off the right way.

FIRST FLOOR
★Bedrooms 1 & 2
The first two bedrooms are elegantly decorated and exude warmth and comfort. Each room comes complete with cosy semi-orthopaedic single beds (2 per room). There is ample storage space for your belongings with built-in wardrobes and under-bed storage. Beds can be made into a king with at least 48 hours' notice.

★Bathroom 1
The family bathroom consists of a bath and shower (over bath) with complimentary toiletries such as shower gel and shampoo.

SECOND FLOOR
★Bedroom 3
The master bedroom located on the top floor boasts space and comfort for all. Four comfortable beds await you, 1 x double, 1 x king and 2 x singles. There is ample storage space for your belongings with built-in wardrobes and under-bed storage. With a minimum of 48 hours' notice, beds can be made into kings or singles. Guests staying in this bedroom have their own ensuite bathroom.

★Ensuite
The ensuite boasts a large shower with complimentary shower gel and shampoo.

Whether it's reading a book, sipping a cup of coffee, or simply enjoying the outdoors, the patio provides the perfect spot to rejuvenate and escape the hustle and bustle of city life. Located next to Shirley Park, you can take a stroll, set up your picnic area, and take in the beautiful surroundings.

★Parking
Located in a gated community, you can have the confidence that your vehicle will be safe. Allocated parking is available for up to 2 vehicles plus visitor bays. You must display the parking permits provided at the property to avoid the risk of fines.
