One lovely, recently refurbished, single room available in a professionally managed shared house, 3 minutes walk from the seafront and town centre.

The room available has been tastefully re-decorated, and has modern furniture including a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. 

The room comes with its own sink and fridge. In addition, there are two communal kitchens for housemates to use with cooking facilities, a washing machine and tumble dryer.

There are 9 rooms in total in the house with two shared bathrooms with showers, and a total of 4 toilets for the household, together with a communal lounge downstairs with access to the rear patio area.

We have a weekly cleaner for all of the communal spaces.

All bills are included in the price including unlimited, fibre broadband. The house is fully licensed with the council.

It's a great location, close to shops and the seafront but on a quiet residential street. Most of the housemates have been here a long time and the atmosphere is calm, peaceful and respectful. Smoking is permitted outside of the property.

The deposit, plus one months rent in advance is required before you are able to move in.
