The house is located down the road from the Highfield Campus, in a quiet residential street and a stone’s throw from many local amenities including Costa, Pret, the post office, Sainsburys etc
Bedrooms are carpeted and furnished. The entrance hallway has recently laid wooden flooring which leads to the newly tiled and newly fitted kitchen.
The rear garden has a large South facing patio area with secure side access from the front of the house. There is also the benefit of secure bike storage. Garden maintained for free
Happy to take on groups of 3 or 4 people
