I would just like to thank you for providing us with a very comfortable home for the past year. As students, it’s very difficult to pick the right house in the right location and that meets certain standards. For us on viewing many houses last year when we found this one there was no question. It was well suited for us, a 2minute walk to university campus, well insulated, no issues with mould or damp unlike many student homes, was clean and tidy, had a nice sized garden and all bedrooms were appropriately sized for all. Nothing was ever and issue and when we had any issues which was very rare they were dealt with promptly, we never felt ignored or like an inconvenience like some tenants are in other student houses. We were sad to leave this lovely house that always felt like a home. Again, thank you for everything
