This stunning apartment is situated 5 mins from Southend east Station and just 10 min walk from the sea front and city centre. The apartment building has gated parking and a personal parking space. There is a grounds keeper who maintains the communal gardens. 
The apartment comes with its own patio area (the hot tub will not be staying but the electric point is there if its something that interests you). The flat is very spacious and has plenty of storage points. The bathroom is top of the range with a 1 ft square rain shower and a large bath tub. Both rooms are doubles, though 1 room is far bigger and currently has a king in it. The other is being used as an office so does not have a bed in at the moment.
We are happy to rent this furnished or unfurnished depending on tenants preference. 
It is all electric, no gas, and the service charge of £370 is included in the rent, but bills are not.
