We are delighted to be able to offer someone the opportunity to rent out a large double room in our beautiful home. You will live with Rachel who is a live-in land lady and a female tenant is preferred. 

The house is situated in the vibrant Thinford area of Spennymoor with lots of amenities within a stones throw of the property. Thinford roundabout is approximately a 5 minute walk from the house and situated on the roundabout you will find a Onegym, a fuel station, fast food restaurants and also a spar for any grocerie needs. The property is only 4 mile from Durham City Centre and a 5 minute drive from the A1 motorway making it perfect for commuting.

Within your room you will have a spacious double bed with fitted double wardrobes providing you with plenty of storage. You will also have your own bathroom which is the main bathroom of the property. It currently has a bath and a shower is due to be fitted over the bath giving you access to your very own bath/shower room.

All bills will be included within the monthly rental payment and this includes excellent superfast fibre broadband, which is perfect for if you ever need to work from home. You will also have access to a beautiful living room and kitchen area and there is a space to park your car for those who own a vehicle.

Living at the property there is a very loving springer spaniel/poodle who is also excited to meet you. His name is Ralph and he is lovely natured, is hypo-allergenic and doesn’t lose any hair
