FULLY FURNISHED (down to crockery etc) beautiful 2 bed flat in St George (no garden). Wifi already there (£30.86 pm paid to me)
I live 5-10 mins down the road so I'm very quick to respond to issues. I will not be using an estate agent, I manage the property myself, I used to work in housing law anyway
We will sign a 6 month tenancy agreement initially, to roll on.
It’s a 1st floor, 2 bedroom maisonette flat in St George (by Air balloon hill primary school). The main bedroom is large (attic), the 2nd smaller (with double ladder bed and in-wall cupboard).
Rent: £1,250 pm (bills not incl)
Deposit: £1,250 (held in DPS)
Rent doesn't include bills. When I lived there last year I was paying roughly (2 adults): ~£70pm gas & elec, £40pm water, £30 internet (to leave behind for you - runs out early Jan 2025), council tax £152 or less if single person discount. = £292 ish if no discount
Free street parking. Buses 2 min walk. Tesco and co-op 4 min walk. GP surgery 1 min. Troopers hill 6 min
