Our tenants have just provided notice to terminate their tenancy as of the 31st January 2025, so the apartment will available just after that post inspection.

Two double bedrooms with large open plan kitchen / living area.

Underfloor heating throughout the property with the exception of the bathroom which has a towel-rail radiator.

New carpets in the bedrooms and new flooring the bathroom.  Will update photos when I take them this weekend.

1 month rent will be required on the day of signing the tenancy, along with 1 months rent which will be used as the bond.  The bond will be deposited into the DPS as required by Law.  

The property is a non-smoking property, however as it is ground floor, it isn't far to walk outside.  

Great transport links, and very close to Heckmondwike Grammer School and Dewsbury Hospital.

Before moving into the property, the suitable tenant will need to go through a credit referencing facility (Openrent Referencing).  Unfortunately this isn't negotiable, and we are looking for longer term tenancies ideally.   

The law also advises that Landlords cannot discriminate against tenants with pets.  With this being an apartment, unfortunately pets are not allowed to reside in the block, so as such, whilst we wouldn't normally say no, in this specific apartment it would not be allowed due to the covenants on the building.
