Stenalees is a friendly village set midway in the County and being within easy reach of all the major towns of Cornwall. St Austell, Bodmin, Newquay, and Truro are all within a short drive. Major supermarkets are found in St Austell, Bodmin and Newquay, and Truro has a superb shopping centre as the capital city of Cornwall.
The north Cornish surfing beaches are within easy reach and the south coast only a few miles distant.

Walking up through the garden to the front door of the cottage, there is a small patio area. The front door opens into the sitting room which has a fitted electric fire.
There is a night storage heater in this room.
A door leads into the kitchen which is large enough for a dining area, there is an under stairs cupboard plus two additional large cupboards offering excellent storage. Leading from the kitchen is a small utility room with plumbing for a washing machine and with access outside to a shed and the rear pedestrian access.
Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom.
There are night store heaters and wall heaters which provide heating in addition to the electric fire in the sitting room. There are enclosed gardens at the front plus a small patio area, and a further shed.
The cottage enjoys far ranging views and at the rear overlooks fields.
Please note: there is no off road parking available and the cottage is approached by a series of steps.
The landlord is happy to accept pets (maximum of two).
