Single room (with a double bed) in a shared house in the Shephall area of Stevenage.  There is a luxury kitchen, bathroom, loft and garden with three sheds for storage to share as well. Central heating, double glazing, off road parking and the bus to town centre stops outside front door. All bills and broadband included, with cleaning provided three times a month, with a regular gardener coming in during the the summer months too. Close to local schools, shops and Sainsbury’s. Furnishing provided as required.
Three men and one woman in their twenties to fifties already present, one is a teacher, another a groundsman a third works at the bakery and the lady is a fire eater!
