As a self-contained annexe, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.

There is one bedroom in this apartment, which contains a double bed. 

All bills are included in the rent!

This would ideally suit a single professional or a professional couple.

The living room next door has a sofa bed.
The kitchen has a fridge (with small freezer), a kettle and an oven microwave and a 2 ring hob. If you are coming for a longer stay, there is the facility for you to use the washing and drying appliances in the communal part of the house once a week, by agreement.

Little Oak offers a television and internet access.

There is one bathroom which leads off from the bedroom, which has a bath, overhead shower, toilet and sink.

At the back of the property is a gravelled courtyard and also garden with table and 4 chairs and a rotary clothes line.
