The house is a bright and airy 2 bed, 2 bath semi in Hazel Grove, across the road from Stepping Hill Hospital and with immediate access to transport networks into Stockport, Manchester, and beyond. Hazel Grove train station is a less than 10 minute walk, and local shops including Aldi, Asda, and Sainsburys are a few minutes walk. Manchester airport is a 20-minute drive via the new airport link road.

The room is fully furnished, including a small double sofa bed with additional mattress topper provided, a triple wardrobe, and a desk. The room is big enough to accommodate a double bed, so I am willing to remove the sofa bed if you wish to bring/buy a double bed.

There is shared living space consisting of 2 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen with multiple appliances and white goods, including an air fryer, washer/dryer, and a dishwasher.

There is a back garden with all-day sun access and a front drive. Parking will either be available as street parking with permit provided or off-road parking on the front drive.

I will be the only other housemate, and I am a 32 year old, non-smoking professional who works from home in my room 3 days a week.

IMPORTANT - There are 2 house cats living at this address, so must be fine with cats and also be mindful when opening doors and windows so the cats do not get out.
