We are immigrating to Australia and are looking to rent our 2 bedroom flat in Streatham hill.

The rooms are furnished and 1 comes with 2 large cupboards, chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables, a dressing table (could be used as a desk) and a queen size bed in the larger room. 

The other room is a double bed, a cupboard and chest of drawers, with a built in book shelf.

The bathroom has a lush jacuzzi bath for those winter nights!

The basement is great for storage, this is also where electric meters are. 

The kitchen will come with usual amenities and the lounge has a TV, console table and kitchen can come with plates, glasses and mugs etc.

We also have a garden with a lovely furniture set. 

We are looking for someone to move in first week of September.
