We are looking someone to take over my tendency of the studio near St Peter’s campus. The tendency starts from the end of January to August 2025. The price is £135pw, with all bills included. The studio has private kitchen and bathroom.

The student accommodation is located between the two campuses of the University of Sunderland. It's a 10-minute walk to the St Peter's Campus. The area is very convenient for living, with easy access to transportation. It's a 5-minute walk to St Peter's Metro Station, and there is a bus stop right downstairs.

There are large supermarkets like Lidl and Tesco within a 5-10 minute walking distance.

The accommodation offers free high-speed
Wi-Fi.

Additionally, there are shared facilities such as a gym and laundry room. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, fridge freezer, stove, sink, and more.
