There is also pots and pans, cutlery, bowls, plates, cups, utensils, & cleaning equipment.

The bedroom complete with en-suite shower room has a king size bed and mattress, wardrobe, bed side tables and workspace….everything you need.

Not only will you have your own separate bedroom but the newly carpeted pitched mezzanine in the living room hosts 2 king size mattresses.

!!!Please note the mezzanine has stair access with a pitched ceiling meaning limited head room and you will be unable to stand!!!

The ensuite bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. This is the only bathroom in the property and is located in the master bedroom.

High speed WIFI network provided.

Large smart TV already set up with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus etc

There is a workspace in the bedroom with chair and power.

We are situated in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. There is plenty of free on-street parking.

For warmer nights, feel free to cool down by using the provided aircon unit and on the colder nights the underfloor heating will keep you nice and toasty.

Please note that the annexe is in the grounds of a large family garden with 2 friendly dogs but we consider your space completely private hence separate fenced off entrance and a private fenced off patio area so you will not be disturbed.
