available. There will be a free daily shuttle to/from the university for transferring students. Cleaner weekly for all communal areas. Cleaning of bedrooms can be requested. No deposit is required!

All bedrooms are en suite with a double bed, 2 bedside tables, a desk with a lamp, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, and a 32" smart TV. There are smart electric radiators in each bedroom that can be controlled by a mobile phone. The entry system to doors is via a high-tech fingerprint system along with 30+ security cameras around the building for extra security.

Communal facilities include a fully equipped kitchen with all pots and pans, a gym, a study room, and living and dining areas. There will also be a landscaped seating/garden area with a BBQ and table/chairs.

For those with cars, there are 23 off-street parking spaces available. Also, secure cycle storage will be provided.

Couples are welcome however, the rent will increase. Rates are listed below. All rates include bills (council tax, water, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi).
