House is very conveniently located for International Cancer Hub facility in Sutton (direct bus from outside with 5-7 ride or a 15 mins walk) and also Epsom and St Helliers hospital which have direct bus access. Its 15 min walk from Sutton and Cheam Station from where you have direct trains to central London (i. e London Bridge, London Victoria and Waterloo within 30 mins). The neighbourhood is very nice and residential.
The house falls in council band G and above rents for lodgers are inclusive of all bills.
We (my daughter and I) are friendly and don't mind interacting with the lodger or giving them their space, depending on their individual preference.
We would like the lodgers to keep their room and house neat and tidy, be mindful of others in the house and respect each other's privacy.
