Super double room larger than usual size of rooms and have a full size lovely en-suite bathroom with bathtub, private garden entrance. Very quiet area!

Easy, free parking in front of the property and if you have a motorbike you can even keep it secured right next to the window of your room. External CCTV in place.

0.5miles (8min walk or 2minutes on the scooter) distance to Swanley station which gives you direct trains to London Victoria, Blackfriars, London Bridge and it’s zone 8 on Oyster Travelcard.

Our current lodgers need a large house now as their kids are joining so it’s a flexible timescale- ideally late March- mid April to move in. We are flexible on the tenure happy for short term too. No minimum stay just 30 days notice for both sides.

Room is fully furnished, we are finishing refurbishing the house. Room has a large kings bed with firm, orthopaedic memory foam mattress, two armchairs and table, 50inch TV, wardrobe, own fridge freezer, bathroom has a large bathtub with shower.

Direct private entrance to your room through the garden.

We have a puppy in our family- other pets wouldn’t be suitable.

We both hate cigarettes smell so that’s probably a no if you smoke- sorry.

Its £1,100 per month with all bills included For a single person. For a couple £1,200 all bills included as well. Wi-Fi and Netflix access come with it too ;)

We offer very simple one page lodgers contract.
