A beautifully appointed, stylish and extraordinarily comfortable ensuite room in an amazing, shared house that redefines social living in the City.

No expense has been spared in the transformation of this enormous four-storey Victorian property into a comfortable, stylish and spacious 'higgihaus’ that includes a large kitchen/diner, a laundry, secure storage for bikes and surfboards, off-street parking and our signature 12-in1 higgihub– a multi-function social space that includes (amongst other things) a cinema, games room, gym, yoga studio and co-working space.

Ready for occupation in August 2021, one simple all-inclusive monthly higgihaus fee (51 week contract) will include:

1. All brand-new fittings, furniture and artworks in your private room and ensuite bathroom (you’ll need to supply your own bed-linen),

2. Full access and use of the communal kitchen, dining area, community space, laundry and ‘12-in-1’ higgihub,

3. All bills (gas, electricity, water and business-grade broadband),

4. TV license (for the TV in the community space only) and a whole-house Netflix account,

5. Internet-enabled motion-sensitive security cameras and lights (front and rear),

6. Keyless digital entry system (front and rear),

7. A cleaner (weekly cleaning of the communal areas. Individual room cleaning can be arranged at extra cost),

8. A gardener (monthly maintenance of lawn, flower beds and hard landscaping),

Each room in the higgihaus@carlton has been designed to be incredibly comfortable. The mattresses are cutting edge, pocket- sprung and 'pillow topped’. High-definition internet-connected smart TVs adorn the walls, USB charging points have been placed immediately adjacent to the bed, the WIFIis business-grade, and the broadband is fast. The rainfall shower in the ensuite bathroom delivers an awesome shower experience.

The kitchen/diner is fully equipped and includes everything the 'higgihausmates’ might reasonably need and includes: two induction hobs, two double ovens, separate combination oven/microwave, integrated dishwasher, two integrated fridges and two freezers.

And if that wasn’t enough, there’s a separate,multi-function social space that includes (amongst other things) a cinema, gym, yoga studio and co-working facility (we call it the higgihub).

As for location, we think it’s perfect – only minutes from the bars, restaurants and coffee shops in the Uplands in one direction and a hop, skip and jump from the City Centre and all that Oxford Street, Castle Square, and Wind Street has to offer in the other. And if that wasn't enough it's an easy commute to Swansea University's Bay or Singleton Campuses and Singleton Hospital.

PLEASE NOTE: The images are of our most recently completed higgihaus (the higgihaus at montpelier) a short distance from the (Email Removed After Let) almost 6 months in development, we’re putting the finishing touches to this brand-new higgihaus in anticipation of higgihausmates occupation in August 2021.
