We are delighted to offer this lovely room (with its own bathroom) in a large 6 bedroom 6.5 bathroom house. There is a large well equipped kitchen and large lounge/diner and conservatory. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and is very quiet.
There is plenty of on road parking and garden access. Broadband and all other bills included. please only reply if you are serious as I get a lot of timewasters and  have to make a 50 mile round trip for each viewing .  The other tenants in the house are all very lovely and the place is kept spotless by all living there.
