Furnished double loft room available for a clean and tidy person in a professional house share on the borders of Swindon Old Town and the town centre , minutes walk from both with plenty of amenities nearby. All bills included- council tax, electricity, gas, water, fibre optic broadband, virgin tv package and fortnightly cleaner for communal areas. ground floor bathroom and WC with an additional WC on the 1st floor.

All tenants are referenced and vetted to make sure they are suitable for a friendly shared environment. The room consists of a double bed, a large white wardrobe with separate chest of drawers. The bedroom will have access to fibre optic broadband. The bedroom door has a key operated lock.

Shared area's consist of a living room with two sofas, 48 inch tv. lean-to with dining room table & four chairs. two toilets and a bathroom. The kitchen has two fridges, and separate freezer, two microwaves, electric hob and oven, plenty of cupboard space. Separate washing machine and tumble drier in the utility area. Garden/patio area to the rear. Full time working adults only...sorry NO COUPLES. There are two parking permits available via swindon borough council. Please let me know if you require a parking permit and I'll check with the current housemates to see if one is available.
