The room itself is located on the first floor and is front facing. It has plenty of light in the day provided by the gorgeous bay window, and a cosy bedroom when the blackout blind is drawn.
The room uniquely has its own mini hall leading in which just gives that extra spacious feel. The ceilings are particularly high in here so all just giving it a real airy feel.
There is a huge, upholstered midnight navy double bed, memory foam mattress and 2 drawer bedside tables – perfect for that added storage. Room is equipped with gold caged touch on lamps with 2 USB ports.
The panelled feature wall and bright colours of the room help to give a hotel feel. There is also bespoke art work throughout adding to the unique and high end design.
The rooms are dressed for illustrative purposes only. The 32” smart tv is located at the end of the bed above the desk for ease of viewing. There is also an ethernet point behind the TV providing hardwired connection for seamless streaming.
WORKSTATION AREA
There is an industrial sized desk with ethernet points behind both the TV and desk with sockets next to them too. The desk itself is a great size and perfect for any professional home working and comes with a comfortable wooden desk chair. This is located at the end of the bed meaning it gets plenty of natural light too!
DRESSING AREA
This room has the luxury of a light up vanity table with 2 little drawers and additional USB Port, every girl’s desire. This is perfect for getting ready and the room also has plenty of natural light.
WOW, the ensuite is STUNNING. Our New Spec ensuites have stone floor to floor to ceiling tiles, black accents and wood style paneled tile shower cubicle. You would have your light up Vanity mirror and spacious 2 door vanity unit perfect for any extra bathroom storage you may need. The shower itself has a rainfall shower head and a detachable hose, and one thing we pride ourselves on is having great water pressure in all the rooms, no matter the usage!

The wardrobe has 2 full height mirror sliding doors which open on one side onto bespoke built in compartments perfect for folded clothes, with the other side boasting 2 rails and floor space for shoes!

Communal & Kitchen
This house has the perfect layout, the front door leads into the main hall and the door to the right opens up to the luxurious communal dining/living space. There is a gorous bay window and the room has extra high ceilings. This allow this space to really feel like your own living room.
There is our statement navy upholstered bespoke seating bench with real wood table. The perfect place to dine or work at. There is a panel feature opposite whist hosts the 32” Smart TV in direct sight.
The communal then leads on to the kitchen, which is located behind it, the kitchen has sooo much space.
There is a stunning parquet floor tile in a stone wash grey running throughout both areas. This matches perfectly with the light grey kitchen units’ black handles and sink.
The kitchen is carefully designed with useability in mind, the U shape kitchen allows for multiple users to comfortably use the kitchen. There is 2 4 burner hobs, 2 ovens, 2 full height integrates fridge freezers, 4 slice toaster, microwave & kettle.
The ratios are great with only 4 people using the main communal kitchen as there are 6 rooms in total but 2 of the rooms are fully self-contained studios.
There is a utility cupboard within the communal area with a washer and condensing dryer. Again the ratio is 2/1 for use of washing machines & dryers. So no waiting around here 😊
The facilities in the kitchen are only used by 4 of the room as there are 2 fully self-contained Studios within the property.
