THE STUDIO:
The studio is located on the first floor facing the front of the house. The studio is just gorgeous. There is so much space and a well thought out layout. As you enter the apartment you have your kitchen which is the full length of the wall, complete with a full height fridge freezer. There is a large desk on the right hand side, huge wardrobe, double bed & bedside tables and ensuite is at the back on the right hand side.
The room get plenty of light in the day but is also a cosy space when the blackout blinds are drawn.
There is a large, upholstered midnight navy double bed with 2 bedside table’s and caged industrial style lamps. The panelled feature wall and bright colours give a hotel feel. The room will come with the bed and mattress however bedding is not provided. The rooms are dressed for illustrative purposes only. The 32” Smart TV is located at the end of the bed above the desk.
KITCHEN:
The studio is fully self-contained with grey kitchen, black handles and tiled floor. The kitchen is complete and has everything you need, with integrated fridge & separate freezer, washer/dryer, built in microwave, Russell Hobbs toaster & kettle, cupboards & storage & sink.
WORKSTATION AREA:
There is an industrial style desk with ethernet point and socket behind. The desk is a great size and comes with a wooden comfortable chair. Perfect for professional home working. This is located at the end of the bed making it a desirable workspace which gets plenty of light.
WOW, the en-suite is epic. The new spec ensuite has stone floor to ceiling tiles, black accents and panelled shower cubicle. This shower is a walk in with a god sized quadrant shower tray. There is a light up vanity mirror and extra deep vanity unit perfect for storage. The shower has a rainfall shower head and detachable hose with great pressure.
STORAGE – SO MUCH SPACE
The wardrobe has 2 large mirror sliding doors which open to one side of bespoke compartments perfect for folded clothes. The other side offers two rails and floor space for shoes. There is also a large amount of space perfect for suitcases at the top of the wardrobe.
EVERY ROOM HAS OWN IRON AND IRONING BOARD.
Communal Areas:
The house has amazing, shared facilities, The communal area has a bespoke upholstered seating bench in a stunning midnight navy – WHICH IS MASSIVE!! There is then a cut to size dining table in industrial wood. This area is perfect for eating meals and unwinding or can be used for work. There is a 32" Smart Tv also.
The communal; area has a back door leading out to the paved path and then into the gorgeous astro garden – perfect for those summer evenings.
The communal and kitchen have a parquet tiled floor, both practical and pretty 😊
There is a large utility cupboard built in the back wall of the communal which has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. All tenants have full use of these however rooms 2 & 4 are the only rooms without their own. Making it 1 washer & 1 dryer per person – no waiting for others or sharing!
The communal then links onto the shared kitchen. This has HUUUGE amounts of storage. There is a The kitchen has everything you would need. We have 2 Ovens, 2 Hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster sink. The kitchen has integrated appliances with 2 full heigh fried/freezers. 4 rooms in the house have their own fridge/freezer so rooms 2 & 4 basically have their own fridge/freezers.
