The house is a Victorian terrace with lots of original features and character. Communal areas include a living room, dining room, large kitchen, big bathroom with bath and shower and storage, and a WC on the lower ground floor. (see pics). There is also another large living room in the lower ground floor, with sofa's/chairs/projector etc- pictures of living room included estate agents picture to show off the size of the room

There is a walk in pantry also to help with food storage, and a nice garden outside with astro-turf and patio. The house is right next to Victoria Park, with pubs and shops and eateries right on the other side of the road. Swinton train station is a 10-minute walk away (which is an 18 min journey directly to MCR centre). Plenty of parking on nearby side-streets and bus stops within a 30 second walk from the front door.

Me: I am 22, and work as a TA. I love chilling in front of the telly, going for long walks, baking and cooking and like being sociable- more a pub/home drinks then out out kinda girl. Love games and will hopefully be doing my PhD next year. I will be living in the house so please don't see me as a live-in landlord though, not a Tory I swear!
