Entire house for £900 (plus bills) per month if you're happy to have the landlady (myself) stay in one bedroom one night per week. That's a £400 discount off the normal rental price.

I work nearby and spend Wednesday evening there currently. I don't use the kitchen as I arrive late (usually after 8:30pm) and go straight to my bedroom.

Ideally I am looking for someone that will look after my property and keep the place very clean and tidy (I am unable to maintain the garden at the moment).

The property is fully furnished. 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 downstairs toilet, Living/Dining area, Kitchen (with oven/hob cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher), Conservatory, back garden with shed, front garden.

There is no garage or driveway, but plenty of street parking.

I am looking for no more than 2 people to move in (that includes if one is a child). 

It would help a lot if you could tell me something about yourself when enquiring, such as who/how many people will be moving in, how long you wish to stay, why you're moving, etc.

No smokers please (even if you only smoke outside). Thank you.
