A lovely bright and spacious double bedroom with west facing Juliet balcony and en-suite. The room has a large built in wardrobe for storage and is furnished with an attractive sleigh bed. The room is on the first floor of a modern new build.

We are situated on a quiet street with no through traffic, and have great neighbours who all look out for each other. There is on street parking and a bus stop near by along with a local shop. We are 15 mins from the nearest beach and surrounded by beautiful countryside.

We are looking for a a quiet tenant as we have a disabled child who has specific care requirements for sleep in the evenings (so, no loud music in the evenings, I'm afraid).


It is favourable if you have a DBS check, as we have a child at home and/or references.

We are a nice friendly loving family who like to spend time together when we can. She likes social media and music, he likes motorbikes and tinkering in the garage.
