Hello! Looking for another chilled yet tidy professional or student to share a large house in Teddington with myself and a small no shed Ozzy labradoodle. It's like 3200k sq ft so you won't feel squashed! If you really wanted, you could have your own lounge or study.

The room offered is en-suite, as you will see in the pictures, on the top floor of the house. There is ample storage, the place is sunny has all mod cons incl wifi, decent kitchen, double glazing, gch and washer/dryer, dishwasher.

So you would have your own ensuite bathroom but also there is a power shower if you want to use that. Lounge, garden. There is parking on the drive too and security system.

All bills included and this also includes cleaner. If younwfh you might need to contributemore towards utilities.  Tbd if applicable. .

You provide your own contents insurance for your stuff if you want that.

So this room is for a non-smoker only, no pets. Again, looking for someone easy going but neat and tidy. Financially stable to afford the room. References required. Employed or student considered. Like anyone I like the now and again social events at home but generally night after night. Just leave the chill zone for occupants.
