We have a room available for rent in a shared flat in Teddington. It’s a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of street parking, so you’ll usually find a spot right out front if you have a car. If not, there are local shops nearby, and public transportation is convenient—just a 7-minute walk to Teddington Station.

The room is unfurnished, except for a large wardrobe, and the rent is £750 per month. Utilities aren’t included, so your share would be around £200 per month. You’ll have full access to the shared areas of the home, including the living room, kitchen (with a washing machine, dryer, microwave, etc.), and bathroom. There's also a small garden for you to enjoy.

I’m ideally looking for someone who plans to stay for at least a year, appreciates a clean and tidy home, and isn’t too noisy. I’m a professional in their 40s, usually home only in the evenings.
